Fair Lending - Compliance with Fair Lending Regulation continues to be a regulatory focus, and requires; a strong understanding of the laws comprising Fair Lending, as well as the various types of discrimination. This session will provide an in-depth overview, as well as real life examples, and will also include an overview of recent regulatory actions as a result of discrimination and unfair, deceptive, abusive acts or practices (UDAAPs).
